Dining
The cuisine at Malga Pié does not follow a fixed menu. It follows the seasons, what comes from the barn, what grows in the garden, and what nature provides. Every dish has a local origin.
Dining at our agriturismo
On request, we serve lunch in summer and during the Christmas holidays to both overnight guests and visitors. Dinner, on the other hand, is available all year round. The menu is à la carte, featuring a rich selection of regional dishes that change from month to month. As Malga Pié is an agriturismo, we follow the rhythm of the land.

You can choose from starters, first courses, main courses, garden-grown side dishes and homemade desserts. The drinks menu offers the same variety, starting with wines from the wineries we work with. Our menu always includes at least one vegetarian option, without meat but with eggs and cheese, and one gluten-free dish. In case of allergies or intolerances, please let us know in advance.

Local food
Trentino cuisine is rooted in simple, local ingredients, enhanced with care and respect. Quality meats, alpine cheeses, mountain herbs and fresh pasta: everything follows the rhythm of the seasons. At Malga Pié, we proudly carry this tradition forward with our own farm speck, canederli made with bread from a few days before, and Trentingrana from the consortium we are part of. We also offer vegetarian dishes and gluten-free options, because true hospitality means thinking of everyone.

Our land on the plate
Many of the products we serve come directly from our own farm. We grow without pesticides, herbicides or chemical treatments, and we raise our animals without antibiotics, following a short supply chain and a sustainable approach that respects natural cycles. What we do not produce ourselves, we carefully select from local farms we know personally, and that share our same standards of quality.

Dolomites selection of cold cuts and cheese
The real taste of your break
An afternoon snack at Malga Pié is much more than a simple bite or aperitif. It is a moment to pause, taste and discover where every flavour comes from: our farm cheeses, cured meats, garden produce and traditional Trentino cakes. A food and wine experience that tells the story of our deep connection with the Dolomites.

For our overnight guests, it is a small daily ritual. For those passing through on their walks, it is a refreshing break before setting off again. In both cases, it leaves a lasting impression of the flavours of Val di Fassa and the memory of a moment well spent.

The taste of the Dolomites
Agri-dinner with local products
The Stube is the most intimate room of the agriturismo and, in mountain tradition, it represents the heart of the home. It is a space where wood, the warmth of the stove, and conviviality create a cosy, familiar atmosphere. You sit down, eat at your own pace, and rediscover the pleasure of Trentino hospitality.

It is in the Stube that half-board dinners are served, with three courses and the dish of the day. Here, the Trentino region reveals itself through what arrives on the table: carefully selected ingredients, traditional recipes, and a genuine desire to make you feel good.

One region, a world of flavours
Trentino's best wines
The Malga Pié wine cellar holds a carefully selected range of wines, born from genuine relationships built over time with Trentino producers we know personally. We rely on small private wineries and cooperative cellars, chosen for the quality of their labels, and for the value of their work, methods, and identity.

In this intimate space, we host guided tastings featuring wines, cheeses, and cold cuts from Val di Fassa, selected to complement and enhance one another. Each tasting is accompanied by the story of the products, their production processes, and the people behind them, offering a closer insight into the soul of the territory.
